On Sunday,more a dozen international news outlets published about 250,000 U.S. diplomatic cables,from reference to the website WikiLeaks. This disclosed the list of cables, most of which are from the past three years,and offers a rare and interestingly unfiltered view of the secretive diplomatic world.Now this may complicate relations with some nations.
